    Hi guys
I finally had #1232 restored. I found it stripped and in pieces and had GMW restore it to the original color that was in the trem cavity.
The black is original. The pick guard, pup, knob and strap buttons are not original.
    Hope you enjoy
    Monte

          holy cow that looks nice!

i'd still like to re-finish my '82 the new ferrari red. it also has cracks from the old style floyd. i don't think i'll ever sell it, so maybe get rid of the recess and re-finish it.

your guitar looks terrific!!! i'll bet your paranoid about it now!

ENJOY IT. FWIW, my '82 is s.n. 1424

Monte, Do you have some more pictures of the body before you put on the pguard?i I am in the process of getting what is being told to me a 1983 Charvel Lefty body and I want to compare the routing. The body I'm getting is a top route s/s/s just like yours. It's hard to see with just the one picture but it looks pretty close.

            Great job on the refin~!

            thanks
