Is/was Custom Shop the only way to get a USA Charvel with the neck heel sculpted/scalloped?

Of course it´s impossible for someone with less experience to not know what you´re talking about as a result of a typo.

3D-Plate: "Old School" style embossed plates (as pictured) as opposed to the ones that were originally used on new Charvels ("flat" with an etched /engraved serial Number)

DK1s and PC1s have that angled plate set-up as standard. And the Jacksons have "3D" plates, too. True to the original SD-era ones, though, Charvels come standard with a non-angled set-up.
