Custom guitars - body shape?

Hi,
does anybody know if Charvel can use the Jaguar/Jazzmaster bodyshape and the big CBS headstock in reverse style? Since Charvel/Jackson can't use the Firebird shape maybe they can use the Jaguar body shape. I thought of a plain ash body in cherry sunburst, Floyd Rose (I'd switch to an older Schaller-made FR without finetuners), San Dimas style neck profile (but on 24.75" scale), LSR roller nut or graphite nut, Schaller locking tuners, bound ebony fretboard with block inlays. Electronics would be 2 humbuckers, with active electronics and, just like on my Fender Deluxe Jazz Bass, pots for balance, treble/bass, mids and of course a 3-way switch.

Don't know about the big headstock, but they'll definitely do the regular size Strat headstock in reverse. As for a Jaguar-type body, they do the Mark Morton signature series, which is slightly similar to a Jaguar. http://www.jacksonguitars.com/produc...tno=2910505585
You'd have to get in touch with a dealer and see if they'll do exactly what you want.

I can't answer your specific question, but I'm sure you could get a mojo body from Slash and build your own.

On the other hand, if you've got the cash for a Custom Shop guitar; what with Fender owning Charvel I don't see a jag-bodied Charvel being a problem.

On the other-other hand, Charvel already has the Surfcaster body which is nearly identical to the jag shape. (One of my favorite shapes btw)

And on someone else's hand you could order a Japanese market surfcaster from a Japanese dealer, and customize as necessary. That's what I'm doing. Check out the Charvel stuff on www.jacksonstars.com.

You'd be able to get a CS Jag-bodied guitar from Charvel most likely.
