  • Value of san dimas series USA strats?

I'm thinking of selling my red SD series strat - it's a traditional model, USA made, in '95. Looks just like a stratocaster except the headstock is the 'sears' Charvel USA kinda melted strathead shape.

Looked around on ebay and around here, haven't seen any for sale for awhile. Have these gone up? When I bought mine ('99) they were $350-$400 guitars, just want to get what it's worth out of it. Great guitar, I'm just playing my EJ strat a lot more instead of the Charvel.

depends on the series and the features. There was a nice Lacewood 2 I was eyeing that didn't pull 650. So.. about 500ish.
    I don't suppose you'd be interested in a trade?

Being from germany I never played a SD model. What is the neck profile like. Is it like SD era Charvels/Jacksons?

I remember this thread, where I asked kinda the same question Charvel San Dimas Series - your opinion

I have a 1995 SD Standard and the neck is really comfortable with its profile and oiled back. Feels like a narrow nut width compared to my USA Jacksons, but I'm too lazy to go look that up.
