I'm no frekin lawyer, bt I'd be happy to share my experiences with anyone who's having trouble like this with a company. Forget you have a phone keep everything in writing. They try to wezzle out of warranty claims. Don't get mad, get justice!Last edited by Jeff Albertson; 06-18-2007, 12:03 PM.

Another ?? - I've seen a few posts in this thread making statements to FMIC J/C directly as though FMIC had employees who are members here. Are there actual FMIC employees who are members to this forum? (names not necessary)
I am concerned about the workmanship direction it appears FMIC is taking the Jackson/Charvel line. I am hoping the FMIC office is actually reading everyone's comments. I love the Jackson line and don't want to ever see the Jackson/Charvel line go away, but the quality complaints are concerning me.Last edited by stevoc; 06-25-2007, 05:46 PM."Some days you're the dog, other days you're the hydrant." - on the back of the business card for Bella the Pomeranian

I sure somebody at FMIC read my complaint...and just as well, somebody also cut me a check. I don't think they really learned too much. They really haven't got any better at dealing with warranty service.

I am typically loathe to resort to the legal process for redress of a wrong, but FMIC is just asking for it with the garbage they are pulling these days.the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives
