Imagine that! A FMIC Jackson had serious issues and they jerked around the customer to get it straightened out.

Am I reading that wrong, or did they not even show up in court?

            No! You're straight...they didn't even show up.

I'm no frekin lawyer, bt I'd be happy to share my experiences with anyone who's having trouble like this with a company. Forget you have a phone keep everything in writing. They try to wezzle out of warranty claims. Don't get mad, get justice!

Only if it's written in Spanish.

Jeff: would you mind telling us how you found that documentation?

                    • Another ?? - I've seen a few posts in this thread making statements to FMIC J/C directly as though FMIC had employees who are members here. Are there actual FMIC employees who are members to this forum? (names not necessary)

I am concerned about the workmanship direction it appears FMIC is taking the Jackson/Charvel line. I am hoping the FMIC office is actually reading everyone's comments. I love the Jackson line and don't want to ever see the Jackson/Charvel line go away, but the quality complaints are concerning me.

I know becuase I filed them with the State of Illinois! :ROTF:

I sure somebody at FMIC read my complaint...and just as well, somebody also cut me a check. I don't think they really learned too much. They really haven't got any better at dealing with warranty service.

you know, good for you man. it sucks that they created a situation that forced you to do that.

I am typically loathe to resort to the legal process for redress of a wrong, but FMIC is just asking for it with the garbage they are pulling these days.
