Older Charvels BETTER or just more Valueble?

    I would say yes because you could sell it and buy many reissues-lol
    My one wish is to have a real '59 light cherry burst lightly ribbon flamed Les Paul Standard, and not to sell it, it would just be amazing to say you have one. Bottom line, I think there are some things you just can't recreate, or at least right away. My best player as spoken of above will still beat the way the Paul plays, I know it. Of all the guitars I had, that guitar was home to me. It was my son. It used to stay in bed at times with my ex-wife and I.-lol
    Not helping the situation since 1965!

          No, more specifically he originally BOUGHT parts and resold them.

          A lot of the early "Charvel" necks and bodies were made elsewhere. :p
