san dimas standard

hey i just tryed to change my knob on my sandimas standard and noticed that the pot is bigger than normal and wont fit a regular knob do i need a special knob to fit that volume pot all the knobs i have are too small and wont fit over the post. can someone please help me here

American made pots are bigger. Are you trying to put an import knob on it?
