    San Dimas paint finishes

    What kind of finish was Charvel using in the early to mid 80s, and what do they use today? Nitro cellulose or polyurethane?

    According to Tim Wilson, the original San Dimas Charvels had polyurethane until about 1982 and polyester after that.

      Really? Has Charvel/Jackson ever done any nitro cellulose finishes?
