Charvel 4 Active Pickup Wiring Diagram

The PO of my Charvel 4 for some reason decided to pull the active electronics from the guitar's pickup system. I still have the electronics, but I need a wiring diagram so I can figure out how to put the electronics back in. The output sucks and has super low gain. Can anyone help?

The only problem might be that the HSS diagram shows a 5-way switch rather than the three mini toggles, but the one for 3 singles shows how the 3 minis are wired. Here's that one:

Thanks man, good stuff. I took the guitar to the local guitar shop and they are going to get it done by the beginning of next week. Quoted max $60 but more like $30.
