Just NOW?? :ROTF: I love it when it comes to ED selling his gear that he's "money grubbing"(?) but when every other musician Page/Clapton/Hammet/Vai/Petrucci/Satch/Johnson/Ace/Zakk/Geddy/Gene/M.Anthony/ and that idiot from Green Day shall I go on?? even the greats that's passed away (RIP) Vaughan/Hendrix/Rhoads and you don't hear anything about them doing the SAME thing that YOU would do if you were in there shoe's! Some of you guy's crack me up..................

The fact that you can't see the difference cracks me up. I never complained during the 04 tour. I even have me one of those Hand striped guitars. So giving Ed my money hasn't been a problem before.
Hendrix/Rhoads/Vaughan, never had limited production pieces, while they were around. I don't even think any of them had any production pieces while they were alive, with maybe the exception of Rhoads, and I don't even think that was a full blown deal when he passed.
I am not talking about a Artist having a sigbnature guitar/amp. What I am talking about if this how many 20k guitars can I sell to go with my 1000 dollar seats to my concerts. That's the difference.
Page did 25 replica hand signed Gibsons at 25k each, the other 100 were 10k each. Clapton did the 100 run. Fine, they did high end runs.
Here we have Eddy who in 3 years in now on his 400+ run of Super special guitars priced in the tens of thousands. That is money grubbing.
Like I also said, he can do whatever he want. I just want no part of it anymore.Come and get one in the yarbles, if you have any yarbles, you yunick jelly thou!

the problem with Ed and his money grubbing, is that he has gone WAY beyond any of the other guys.
then there is the Dimebag thing, but that is not under his control, but has anybody noticed that just like Kurt "Cocaine," the public don't give a damn 'til he's dead? (Kurt sucked, I just used him as an example)
the key thing is that people are stupid.
why spend 20k on a guitar you will NEVER play?
"you seen that guitar, its just a wall ornament, it cost 25k, I had to take out a second mortgage, and I'm never gonna make that money back off it, but I don't care, Eddie is GAWD!!!" - Eddie's # 4 Fan (because I paid 10k less than 3 other guys)Out Of Ideas

Well, until that travesty of a guitar brand known as Charvel sorts out its mess and starts making guitars again, let alone good ones, there is nothing wrong in Eddie trying to make money on their legacy.
He's the one who put them on the map, perhaps he'll be the one who rescues them.
