    Two questions:
Have they slashed CS pricing yet?

Second is that control route the wrong kind on the Legacy series?

this whole thing is a total joke.
the initial stoopid gouged-up "price" was a joke.
the lowering of the "price" is a joke.
      the $3750 is a joke.
1/3 of that would be about right, then they might get a bite here and there.

who the hell are they kidding? they look really dumb now, egg on their face since it's quite clear they haven't sold a single one of these so far.

talk about a stupid idea. customers don't like getting ass-raped with no vaseline. now they added the vaseline by this reduction to this new stoopid price.

      stop the madness!
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

I agree, but I know at least one has sold. (Not me) Probably at the new pricing.

:ROTF: Fukkers! Myself and other JCF members have been to that shop. We just look and scratch our heads.

We must have gone to different shops. When I go to Fullers I always come home with something new. Great shop to deal with.

Yep, I know you are the exception Kidding off course. I was talking with Edel while he was setting up the nice digital camo Soloist you bought.

Nice deduction...and you are correct. List price was cut in half as the dealers who owned these complained to Fender (not one had been sold prior to the reduction).

I would guess a person could do better than $3750 with a bit of haggling???

These prices are alot more attractive, but still way out of hand for what they are offering. Hopefully they will realize it when these do NOT fly off of the racks like they think they will. And hey..........if they do, then more power to the buyer, but it will not include me.

                    Question is,

What happens if somebody bought one for the first price?

If id pay 10K for a guitar and see it for half the price next day i'd be after some major ass...
If your mum stabbed ya you wouldnt get upset... You would say ' Ohhh shit mum stabbed me! I better go to a hospital'. - Chopper

If I could afford to spend 10K on a guitar I don't think to much would bother me.
                      Just one more guitar!

Try reading two posts prior to yours and you can answer your own question. See how easy it is when you actually read what others have said before posting a question.

I don't care what anybody says. To pay anywhere near, even $3750, for a new guitar is just crazy. WTF makes them so "Special"? The 20 year old wood? It's not there. The $5.00 tuners? The $15.00 pups? The hype? It was there. And it's fading fast.
I am a true ass set to this board.
