Why not just buy 2 year old pointy "Stock"? That way your getting
older OFR's... quality is great...and the price most of the time is around
$1900 Certainly better than spending say $1700 or more for this newer
"better moustrap? Id spend my $'s on 05' pointy's still hanging in dealers
showrooms. Most likely a level above these new ones in hardware certainly.

I am sure that the J/C shop guys will be checking to make sure the specs are good. Most of the work is done by CNC machines anyway. It's the specs and the final touches done by hand that makes them good guitars. It's not like the USA fender shop puts out shitty guitars.
