I just went digging for more info to be sure... not sure if the specs match either of the ones I was referring to (pics are down).

-edit- found the auction page. The 2886 refin had a Kahler & 21 fret neck w/ matching headstock. Sorry I jumped the gun!

Still gotta say I'm pretty skeptical about this one. You'd think a NY dealer who's "been told these are a bargain at twice the price" would do a little research rather than list it at $800 if he thought it was the real deal.

Nope. It was legit. Called the store owner. It was Serial # 1625 or 1675 he said. But definitely not the one above. This was from an original owner on a trade in.
