New Charvel serial # question

I haven't had the oppurtunity to see a new SoCal first hand, but do the new serial #'s pickup where the San Dimas left off?

Or since they are built in a new facility, they are assigned their own #'s?

How many digits?

Do they start from 0001 for ex.?

What is on the neckplate itself?

If anyone would not mind posting a picture of theirs that would be awesome!

So these So Cal's are a limited production run, and not a custom shop, correct?

Are they making any lefties?

The plates look the same & have the same San Dimas P.O. Box 245 address as the old Charvels & new customs, but they have 6 digits instead of 4. Not sure what the initial serial number was, but all of them that I've seen start with at least 2 zeros. They are a production guitar, not custom shop. I don't believe they are making lefties.

New series serial started @ 001001, just like they have always done,except for the 00 in front.I had # 1010 in 86,brand new Jackson bolt-on.
The new Plates are 3D,hi quality and appear to be the same as my 05 San Dimas.
