SoCal Tangerine Availability???

I'm a little behind the times and just read about the Socal/SD models this week. Now it seems like the Tangerine color model is all but vanished. One of the online dealers that I would prefer doing business with said they were expecting more but I think it's a general statement they make just to get pre-orders so that concerns me. Does anyone know if more Tangerine SoCals will actually be shipped out?

Also, does anyone have any insight into the future colors? If I can't get a Tangerine model, would love something in a Yellow or White with the black pickguard...that would be killer to me so I don't know what's worth waiting for. I'm not like most of you here with the ability to pick up several different colors, so once I pull the trigger for one I'm done.

...and is the 25% discount at Live.com over? I can't find any info regarding that.

I tried showing someone at work the Livesearch cashback thing Thursday night, but couldn't get any Ebay listings to show.

I did find an online dealer through the Livesearch once before, and they had a Candy Tangerine in stock, so you might want to start there. Can't remember the name of the store, though.

As for future colors, there is a Slideshow on the Charvel.com site that shows a stack of sample color tiles laid out. Don't know if those are all the colors they'll be doing or if it includes Custom Shop colors (one tile was half black/white, which may have been a Bullseye sample, which is a Custom Shop option only).

Popular consensus is the next round of colors will include blue and green, though no one can guess which models will get which color. Since the colors for the first round were model-specific, it's probably a safe bet the next round will be as well.

I think the Live thing is done. When it was on, all you had to do was search for "charvel" and eBay listings were right at the top of the page. Not anymore. WRT to tangerine SoCals, my local shop had one more coming as of last week and it hadn't been reserved as of then. If you come up empty & want to reserve it, they're the first dealer listed for Virginia on the Charvel site.

Only 150 tangerines were made ... so if you want one and find it ... snag it!

From what I heard from a fairly decent source, the next color will be a gunmetal type Grey... sounds friggin sweet!
