Is the only way to get a sculpted neck joint USA Charvel via the Custom Shop?

I LOVE my friend's new $1Kish USA HH Floyded Charvel. Neck shape, tone, everything EXCEPT for the unsculpted heel. No way to get this as a slight (or no) upcharge right? Have to pay double via the custom shop?

Other than color & model, the USA production guitars don't have options available. The sculpted heel would be custom shop only.
