    Here ya go...

    Parts guitar.
The body is an EARLY Jackson DX10D (the JT-500 trem is the clue) and the neck came off of a 2002/2003 Charvel import.

The back of the headstock. It is a little blurry, but it has Jackson tuners.

All the hardware matches up with a 2001/2002 DX10D.
Except the pup rings and Vol/Tone knobs.

I see they want $799 for it... not worth half that.

Man. So basically it is a halfway decent neck mated to a crap Jackson body. Thanks for the insight.

            Yep.
Tell them you'll give them $300 for it.
That's about all I'd pay for it.
It's got good bones, but the trem is utter shit.
I suspect the electronics and pickups are stock as well, which would make them crap too.
Could be a great player with a little bit of help.

I didn't know much about Charvel, but the guitar looked nice. I guess the birdseyes maple neck and ebony fretboard threw me off into thinking it was a good buy. Thanks for all your insight. I'll just save up for my SL2H Soloist.

Who the hell would put a really nice neck like that on a turd body. Strange to go from a 5A quilt top and the good version of the JT580 to a cheap veneered body and trem.
