I actually thought about routing the neck pocket a little bit to allow the bridge to sti on the body. I also thought about routing the neck pocket ddeper and routing the body so that the bridge is sunk in, but floating. The string height above the body is a bit much for me and my playing suffers due to it. I would love to get it as low as my strat. I never got around to doing it since my SD-1 sounds killer as it is...
