I think I like that one better as well (I was not into the flipped "zen" writing on the last one.

However, I think you may have over done it on the writing this time from I visual perpsective. Still cool an just be honest.

The new version looks much better than the old one. I too think that you overdid the writing - I would have done only the vertical calligraphy behind the bridge. But it's your guitar... and it looks awesome anyway!

You're probably right. I'm probably going to get it done professionally and am thinking about which kanji I should keep. And then again I might go a different direction altogether. Either way, the guitar will probably get a refinish at some point.
