New for me... Ebay... good deal... shiny knob, shiny bezels and a g&g case. Not the best pics, but you know what they look like... I've been jonzin for a maple strathead, and I love the color. It's near minty.

The San Dimas styles look so much better with the shiny rings and knob. The So-Cal looks cool with the matte stuff though.

Actually that's funny. It showed up while I was at work, I came home and she (Emily) says "Look dad, I got you something today"... I opened the box, she says "See dad, it's a guitar case." I open the case and she says, "see, it's a red guitar in the case... you like it dad? I got it for ya...." Funny stuff. She actually has herself believing she bought it for me...

(And it was quite a bit less than 1100...)
