a. The tips dig into your shoulder when you throw it on if its not completely flat
b. Putting the guitar down, the belt whipped into the fretboard and drove a string into fret lightly dinging it (had to steel wool and polish that fret)
c. Obviously they will do damage your finish (if you care)-------------------------
