Guitar generator won't load now...

I became a platinum member a couple of months ago and was able to use the guitar generator. But now it won't finish loading, it stops at 69% on any model I try. Can anybody point me in the right direction to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Maybe try restarting your computer? I just tried the generator, and it works fine for me.

Thanks, but I tried that. It still does the same thing. Don't know what it could be.

Make sure that Flash is up to date.

Yeah, scroll down under the XTRR and click on the Macromedia Shockwave flash player.

Hmmmm... strange.

Might try clearing your cache or deleting your temporary internet files depending on what browser/OS you're using. Beyond that I guess I'd remove then reinstall the flash player.

I've done everything I could think of, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck. Any other suggestions welcome. Don't know what it could be.

What browser are you using?

IE8, the generator worked even after I upgraded to IE8, so I don't know what it is. It just stopped working a few days ago. Just did a virus scan and no problems.

Give it a try in Firefox. If that fails try disabling your firewall and trying the generator.
