I was using IE8 up until yesterday. Last week the generator did not work with IE8 although it worked fine until then. I changed browsers to Firefox yesterday and it worked. OS is Windows Vista, Service pack 2. PC is Toshiba Satellite M305. However, I've never been able to get the beveled Kelly shape to work at all no matter what browser is used.

IE8 and Flash Player 10 here. The burst doesn't work and turns the guitar gray. If you uncheck the burst, then it's back to the normal color selected for the guitar.

22 fret Soloist with a burst works fine.



24 fret Soloist looks like this...




The burst works just fine if you're using a Strat body with both a 22 or 24 fret neck.

Does not work for me either tried the SLS , Soloist and Strat , just turns gray. I am running Vista Home Premium 64 bit , IE8 and Flash version 10,0,32,18 . I am running a Nvidia GTX260 with driver version 190.62 WHQL (08/21/09) , just in case it something screwy with a driver .

Gents:

Please provide a list of the browsers and the OS that you are using where it doesn't work.

I've tried it in IE8 and Firefox 3.0.13, both on PC, and it works fine.

I'll try it on a few more browsers when I get home tonight.

Just tried my laptop , older Dell Latitude D620 XP Pro Version 2002 SP 3 Intel 945GM. It still turns to gray even if using a solid color . Still using IE8 .
