Just my opinion here... I bought a Kelly XL with more damage than that, the rear wing is broke off about 1/2". Paid a bit more than that and still it was a good deal but I like it much better than the KE3. If it was me, I'd see if he'd give you like $50 back on the damage and setup and keep it. It looks like the corner is just paint chipped off?? and a setup is easy. $200 for that guitar would be smoking IMHO...
