It's an import model made in Japan.
As for determining the model, a picture will help.
Beyond that, the only sure-fire way of gaining info on a japanese bolt-on, is taking the neck off and checking the stamps. You will find model name and manufacture date there.Comment

The following needs to be posted somewhere as a sticky. I tried to do it in the Import Charvel section, but it might be needed all over:
Jackson/Charvel serial numbers are not like automobile serial numbers. Individual characters in the serial numbers do not correspond to a code for identification. At best, one may be able to glean country of origin from them. When you are looking for identification of your guitar, post a picture or give a detailed description of the following:
- Body Style, including body scallops (horn/heel)
- Bridge/tremolo
- Pickup configuration (models if possible)
- Control configuration (ie knobs and switches)
- Fretboard wood
