Did Ian ever play a black RR with the Yankee emblem on it?

I'm speechless at the stupidity of your post.
all i can say is listen to stormtroppers of death and say he's not a good guitarist. people say kerry king is badass, shittest solos around, i do like so slayer though. btw i cant stand the jj model , hope he does a rr of a soloist, a kelly would be badass.

But who cares really, a famous guitarst can sell guitars, doesn't matter if he can play or not, as long as he is famous. Not to mention that Metallica are probably more well known for their riffs rather than their solos... that goes for the whole genre actually, at least that's the way i see it

Why is it being suggested that someone who plays rhythm guitar and writes all the songs isn't a "real guitar player."

          That's

Aye. I think Mustaine's rhythm stuff is more technically challenging than both that of James and Scott.

In a contest of raw downpicking speed, I'd wager my money on Scott though. Some of his downpicked rhythms just are insanely fast, and require a stamina of iron.

Not only that, but he also teaches any newcomers into the band Skolnick's leads. I'll take the man's word for it, wouldn't think he'd be a liar.

It'd be cool if it is - as long as it's not a matt finish or GMG or something dull. It'd make sense as it's just a single hum SL2HT...

The shortest man with the most ridiculous beard is in the latest issue of Guitar World brandishing a black RR.

There was a studio pic posted somewhere of him recently and he is playing a single hum rear routed rr with a yankees logo on it.

I believe Dan Spitz was actually shorter! I think Dio is shorter than that.

                              "ridiculous beard" being the qualifier.

I didn't think Pearl Aday was that ridiculous.

Tom Cruise's beard is much worse.
