I've picked up a jackson PS-4 body but I'm not sure the scale length on it for when I start looking at getting a neck, or does that even matter? Sorry it's such a noob question but I'm a rookie at assembling jackson frankensons.

The scale is 25.5 and you need a 24 fret neck.It's pronounced soops -
another rookie question, is that the 24 fret neck to the end of the heel or the 24 fret neck with the fret board overlapping onto the body?Causing chaos one note at a time!
