That's a weird ser #, possibly Indian. You didn't give much info at all, so I'm not gonna guess like goofballs named Gil until I see a pic and/or more detailed description of the neck, fretboard, inlays, # of frets, headstock, pickups, bridge, body shape...you know, all the basics needed for an ID.

This serial isn't weird. It's a typical 9-digit Indian one. My guess is that the guitar is a JS30RR in which some installed EMGs

          Serial number example:

Oh, OK, I wasn't aware Indian serials went to 9 digits (they used to be 8). Also didn't know you didn't have it yet bootlegger (your initial post implied that you were in possession of it). I concur with busdriver, it's a 2006 JS30RR, made in India. This is the entry level / bottom of the line model series (a step down from your RR3) ... 3 years old I'd put value at about $100. Stock pickups on this model were CVR2, IIRC they kinda look like EMGs so it may still have CVRs in there. If it does in fact have REAL EMGs then you may add their value.

Meanwhile they are even 10 digits long. I recently saw a few JS30 guitars at the local music store and noticed the 10 digit serial number. It was something like 200900xxxx
