  • MIJ Sticker

I am restoring one of my imports which is missing its sticker. Do you know if there is a place/site I can buy the gold on black "Made in Japan" sticker from?

    Thanks

Probably not. Why would anyone care about a sticker anyway?

Go to a local Guitar Center, then when nobody's looking....

Did I just say that out loud?

If all your buddies have Korean plywood guitars, a MIJ sticker makes you hot shit!

You don't need a Made in Japan sticker. Just show everyone the neckplate and you can tell them how it was custom built in the United States.............. Texas ! Rednecks build great shred guitars.

                        TBH, down to brass tacks.
Certain MIJ guitars are a great bang for the buck.
But we didn't know that until MIC, MIK, MII guitars came along.

I am a MIJ Jackson hawk, and I have played a good share of USA's-yes outstanding guitars.
But the MIJ are a steal for the quality.
Not everyone can toss around 1K plus to get a good player.

Agreed, I sold off a USA Charvel Pro-Mod because a 87 Model 4 I picked up blew it out of the water in every way.

I tnink I have a vintage Made in Japan sticker off a 78 Ibanez lying around somewhere... doesn´t stick to anything anymore, but glue can fix that.
