    I believe that should be all of them, I tried to sort them in groups (production year first, type second).

        around '92. The Plus was actually introduced as a Charvel a couple of years before

          Wow there they are, half year production models from late 1992. I'll stick them in the list and repost it...I must not have seen them in the 2nd catalog for 1992 (the quality of that scan is poor too...the SS model looks like S3 and on the color guide it looks like S5).
