I'm not sure, but before the minimum advertised price thing, i think OSG sold dk-1s for about $50-$60 less than a sl2h, i might be wrong though. I guess the Emgs make up for the less expensive bolt on construction.

DK1 starts at $ 206999
SL1/SL2H starts at $ 2124.99

I own a Dinky Custom (predecessor of the DK1). It's a great guitar. Personally, I only like oil finished necks, because of this I wouldnt' buy the SL1/SL2H or other neckthrough Jacksons with painted neck.
