    Good price for a KV1, thihgs to look for?

    Hi everybody, was just wondering what would be a good price for a KV1?

    I'm looking to invest in one and was wondering if there's anything I should be looking out for, defects or anything?

    Actually while I'm at it how does a KV1's playability compare to a new KV2?

    Would appreciate opinions from owners not just people who worship at the altar of Mustaine.

    Sometime you get lucky...I picked up a nice one for $1150 on ebay about 7 months ago. Probably 7-5 or 8 out of 10 condition. Great guitar...massive cool vibe...I'm just not a V guy, tho I love them. I sold it for the same price to a guy who's more of a acollector than I...

    I've never played a KV-2...so I can't compare.

        Not fussed really, Ive got a couple of guitars some with, some without FR trems. I dont often used the FR's to the best of their abilities. I like FR's koz they hold tune better, but than you can fine the kahler which is on the KV1. So 6 of one, and half a dozen of the offer.
