Kelly project finished finally

Well its done now. I took some advice and ditched my original pickups and put in tb6 distortion in the bridge and a sh5 custom in the neck. paint is all buffed and done. I added a trick little rosewood tremolo block in the spring cavity and the floyd rests on it. The bridge still dives, just no pull-ups, but the sustain is great now and the sound with the sd distortion is awesome. I had it professionally setup and wow, that was money well spent. i added a couple of pics of my kelly collection. btw the pictures aint the best. total money in it, 350 bucks plus my own labor.

i do almost anything for money, lol. i do guitars, cars, and bikes.i don't do the intricate stuff like mike learn does(who can anyway). i have to schedule all my work, it was rare to get time to do this one for myself.

Great to hear! I have a company that makes me my guitars -
http://kneguitars.com/index.php ( which are completely inspired by the Dinky ) but they don't have the resources to do painting at this time. So I need paint done on a few for myself.

why they never made one is why i did this, you would think this would be a logical choice due to the shape of the kelly, its on kv's, warriors, and soloists and possibly pc's. just did my own take on this and went a little more on the detail than factory. thanks btw
