why they never made one is why i did this, you would think this would be a logical choice due to the shape of the kelly, its on kv's, warriors, and soloists and possibly pc's. just did my own take on this and went a little more on the detail than factory. thanks btw

So speaking of Kellys, what was the last year they made the cut outs that resemble razor wire on the sides?

Would that still be available through the custom shop?

still can do it custom shop and it seems to be the king kellys that got it.

They never did the cuts on a production model. I have heard that they quit doing them early on because of the labor involved and the complications it caused when doing the finish. I am not big on the cuts but I do like that the original kellys were larger overall.

I heard that too because I guess it was really hard to buff out the paint in those cuts.
But I bet those early ones would fetch some serious dough on ebay!
