they are both neck thru and have 22 fret. mine is a hard tail and the serial is 062214. can any one tell me the difference. thanks.

1) the RR1 is a USA Select model and has "Made in U.S.A" after the Jackson logo on the headstock. The RR5 is MIJ and will not have the Made in U.S.A. on the headstock.
2) the RR1 has an ebony fingerboard, the RR5 has rosewood.
3) the RR1 has the German Floyd, RR5 is a string through. The RR5FR is a floyded model of the RR5 and has the Korean Floyd. The RR1T is the string through model of the RR1.
4) the RR1 has Mother of Pearl inlays, the RR5 has MOTO inlays. -
RR1T will have binding, RR5 will not.
I've owned both; the RR5 is a fantastic guitar. My RR5 was my first Rhoads; in some respects, I liked it more than my RR1T. Maybe because it was my first taste of a Rhoads.

well the rr i posted just sold for $5000 dollars anda few of you said it was around 1500 to 2000. i atleast try to learn my guitars. and i have only listed 2. that means i have 2 i am keeping. i have 15 very nice guitars and like jacksons , so i thought i would try to be a part of a group that i thought was very knowledgable so i could learn the ropes. you guys just want to bust my balls. you said you just puked when i posted the rr1. i mentioned it just sold for $5000 dollars. look at it in completed listings.... to you guys that try to post helpful answers thank youComment
