The hardest part

Well, as I sit here anticipating the Tuesday arrival of the 750XL I bought from dg, the words of Tom Petty are ringing in my head.

The waiting
is the hardest part

So what do you do when you can't wait for your latest axe to arrive?

Here's what I've done (so far)

1. Cycle through various photos of the guitar in question as wallpaper
2. Give the search engine a workout, reading everything I can about the axe and scoping out as many pictures as possible
3. Check UPS tracking
4. Go out and buy new strings, picks, a chord, and check out the latest Mesa
5. Repeat #3

What chord did you buy? Because I have a line on a wicked deal for a E7#9. It's awesome because it's heavy AND bluesey all at the same time.
