it's a model 2, but it's not white, it's sanded. it's in process to be re-finished.

it's an amusing toy. I haven't gotten the handle on the extra two strings yet. I have to admit I've been spending most of my time working on a thrash project with friends of mine so the 8 hasn't been touched much. still though it's new and shiny so..

Cool. I had a couple 7-strings for awhile, an Ibanez RG7620 and a Schecter 007 Elite. I've got the itch again for one, will order a Carvin soon. I don't know if my feeble little mind could hand an 8, though.

What I was told after the fact was I should have gone to 7 string gotten used to it then went to 8 string. It's fun, I'll probably use it for doing bass tracks when/if i start trying to record demos again.
