Please don't beat me up too much on this...

What was the body style of Warren's original snakeskin guitar? Strat? Dinky?

He used bolt-ons, so definitely a strat.

The original looks like a dinky to me. Look at the photos at the bottom (from 1986).

Is there such a thing as Charvel Dinkys? I thought Charvel bolt-ons, at least from the 80's were all Strat sized, not 7/8 Dinky sized.

Warren's snakeskin guitar is a 22-fret Dinky. The Model '88 was a Dinky 22-fret. I'm sure there were others, but I don't know any specific models.

There were many Charvel Dinkys made back in the San Dimas era. Not as common as Strat bodies (those were done in far greater numbers) but, like Explorers, Teles, etc, there were Dinkys, too.

Like Strats, they were 22 fret'rs. So many folks confuse them, as 22 fret Dinkys look a lot more like Strat bodies than 24 fret Dinkys do.

There were a few in the late 80s. The 275, 375 and 475 Deluxe. As mentioned by others, the 88 was also a dinky.

                        Thanks fellas!

Dinky was what I was thinking, but wasn't sure how many, if any, were around back then.
