if you were going to have a porn star associated with your product, why not the biggest name in the business? Major brand recognition. People who don't know anything about porn still recognise Jenna's name. Her biography was a best seller and she's even been on Oprah to talk about it and the whole business she has built on the foundation of her film career. So even conservative housewives at least know her name.

Jackson could have picked some hot young newcomer, but then how would that be any different to hiring any of the other nameless models that are featured in guitar advertisements?

I'm not about to run out and buy her signature KV, but regardless of it being her pic on the guitar, that is a pretty hot graphic. Certainly hotter than a lot of the airbrushed chicks on Jackson graphics of the 80s. If someone had a CS guitar with that graphic and we didn't know it was Jenna, I bet it would receive a much better response here.
