  • GBASE blows donkey balls

So I spotted this earlier today:

    http://www.gbase.com/gear/jackson-us...inky-fai-1988#

Cleary a strat and not a dinky but it's all good. Nice blood splatter, and looks to probably have active electronics (JE1200?) with some J200's. Of course, it had already been sold. Are half the listings up there stale or what?? Ditch this bullshit.

You meant clearly a dinky and not a strat. It's advertised correctly.

Yeah, they never clear ads after something sells, but you still have to check just in case. Remember this one?

That was probably the score of the last 4 or 5 years.

Wow, that was a score! If I find one of those up there, I'll take back what I said.

As a side note, the dudes from Faith or Fear have some NICE oldschool Charvels. Saw them recently in Philly, they had atleast 4 80's SD Charvels, including a badass star!

I was under the impression that the dealers have to update their GBASE stores.

It is actually an excellent site, I find.
              I like EL34s.

Back when most dealers were still stupid about Jacksons, you could find nice prices like that Charvel on Gbase when everyone was being high-pockets on Ebay.

And yeah, if the dealer doesn't update the page, you're screwed when you think you've found something.

Yep, that blood drip Star was in the gallery here on the old server. I believe Bob was a member here, maybe Chris, too.
