  • New to the forum

Hello guys, Im new here to the Jackson/Charvel forum. Im 43 years old, been playing guitar for 30 years now. Im an old fart, I know. I was a teen/ early 20's during the 80's, and was in the hair band scene up to my neck back then. I played Kramer, Charvel's, all those guitars back then. Love VH, Dokken, RATT, and many more 80's bands. I swore off 80's style guitars, and Floyd Roses for many years, but recently, I found I needed a guitar to handle that old hair band stuff when I got a wild hair up my butt to play it, so I bought a new USA Charvel Wild Card in flat black. It gets the job done, and more. So, I guess Im back playing Floyds, well at least sometimes. I traded in another (90's guitar, I call it) for another Wild Card in fiesta red, so now I have two to play. Im a happy camper to say the least. Anyway, enough of my blabbing. Im stoked to be here, and Im ready to talk Jackson, Charvel, equipment, and music in general.

Welcome brannon67. That was a great intro post. Any pics of your guitars from back in the day?

            LOL!
