Can anyone identify my guitar?

Hi all,

A few years back I bought this guitar and haven't managed to identify it. I've been advised it may be a particular body with a stock neck but haven't had this confirmed. Can anyone make a positive id?

Looks like a 1987 or a 1988 Charvel Model 4 to me.
