It is during the Toastmasters meeting.
Toastmasters consists of speeches, leadership training, and effective meeting techniques.
The grammarian tracks grammar usage, pronunciation errors, effective phrases, "uh-ah...filler word" count
during the entire meeting.

We would have a field day with some of the political speeches that the "professionals" give.
