Its that time of year again. Time for the (and I must say really awesome) folks at Piney Hills Music to do the thing they are best at. Giving deals, and throwing a huge weekend long music bash while. They do this while at the same time having the most BADASS Canned Fooddrive in all of North Louisiana.

The first year we did it, we rasied over 1300 cans of food, and restrung 100 instruments at the low cost of a canned food donation. Gave away some aweesome swag, and pretty much had a great time.

Last year, we were determined to outdo ourselves. And did we ever. We set the goal, to double our mark last year.. and of course (thanks to PUSHEAD from the ESP Forum with his last minute donation to the cause) broke the 1ton mark. Thats 2778 cans!

We want to do it again... WE WANT TO BREAK THE 3000 CAN MARK!!!


Friday October 8th, from 6-9PM at 3Doc's Brew House in Ruston.. Piney Hills along with Randall Amplifiers, present GEORGE LYNCH of Dokken/Lynch Mob Fame. George will be putting on a 1 hour guitar/amp clinic followed by a meet and greet with autograph signing session.
After this is all said and done there will be a drawing for a signed ESP/LTD GL256 guitar!

price for the clinic is $10 at the door OR $5 dollars and 5 cans of food!
If you donate the food, you will get a FREE ticket for the guitar DRAWING!!!

SATURDDAY October 9th.. 10-5PM
String Change Party!
Bring any 5 cans of food, and get your electric, acoustic or bass guitar RESTRUNG and no additional cost.. thats right, new strings, and installed and tuned for only the donation of 5 cans of food.

We also will have a drawing for a Jackson Randy Rhoads RR5 guitar w/ case to be raffled away at the end of the night!..

get as many tickets as you want for only 10 cans of food PER TICKET!!

It's a really big deal to me. We are on the hurricane evacuation route. So when we get the shelters set up, the food bank empties. So the Elderly that depend on this food, are in danger of going without. So I do what I can to help. Last year we were the largest private donation of the year.. THAT'S A REALLY BIG DEAL.. and makes me very proud.
