Anyone ever shopped here? Seem to have a legit website and have some great jacksons in stock? Opinions? Experiences?

Lots of people have had a good experience using them and they have great prices. I think I am the only one with a bad experience ordering a CS through them but here is the story:

Hmmm...keeping your deposit is kinda sketchy, I would have demanded that back. Any good music zoo reviews out there lol?

They've always been awesome to deal with for me. I was really surprised to hear Jason's issue, but in fairness to TMZ it was a somewhat grey area in that the guitar was built to the work order, just not as Jason would have liked, due to the vaguery of the 'locking nut' statement (Though of course, a kahler string lock is not a locking nut. Anyway....)

I've never had any reason to complain about TMZ - their prices are great for me, the service is top notch and they consistently help me out over and above. Also, they are one of the biggest J/C dealers and as such they seem to have more 'influence' should something go not-quite-as-right-as-it-should-do-for-whatever-reason at JC..

I had no problem with them. I bought a KV2 from them a couple of years ago. Don't remember who I dealt with, but the guy told to to call back in 3 days and do the deal. Jackson had reps in the store during the weekend and were giving 10% off all Jacksons. Guy saved me 10%. Guitar arrived in perfrect shape. All in all would definitely buyfrom them again.

I've bought two guitars from them. This past summer I bought a BC Rich Bich Supreme and in 2007 I bought a KV2. Excellent both times. When there was a problem with the BC Rich they offered to give me a refund if I wasn't fully satisfied. In the end I got the issues straight and kept the Bich.

I have nothing but praises for those guys. I got my Rickenbacker from them..I've recommended many people to the store and they always get a good deal. The in store stock is always top shelf. It's paradise to visit the store
