Damn, I would have loved to see The Cult! I saw Overkill and Forbidden there back in November... great show! Hopefully I'll get to see you guys whenever you come around again.
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

sir, please tell me your son knows how to actually play the guitar while he's practicing pilates.. i don't mean that as an insult, it's just the music scene where i live is so diluted with hardcore kids that sit while standing like that and run/jump in place while they do palm-muted open notes for 2 minutes over and over again, it would be a breath of fresh air to know if your son is a talented guitarist.

if he is having lower back problems, he might stretching out his hamstrings & adductors.

You guys are cracking me up....
He is 16, has been playing/learning guitar for almost 12 years. He can whip off classical like a mofo, and loves to study and play Santana and Satriani. He, for some reason, loves hard core/grind core music, and that is what he loves to play.

I have always told him to do what makes him happy and to have fun with it.

Were cluttered with that music here too, but to each his own and thats what the kids like these days. Im sure that some of us members here had parents that didnt particularly enjoy us playing metal instead of the classic rock because you know its all just a bunch of noise.
