Avatar images **IMPORTANT**

We believe the use of avatar images is slowing the server down. The current default within the UBB software sets your images to 60X60 automatically. What it doesn't do is actually reduce the size of your images in Kb's. So if you guy's want to continue using your avatars it would be appreciated if you could resize your images to reduce the amount of memory that needs to be loaded for each image..

mine is at 60x80 and 32KB right now. Do I need to resize again?

60X80 is fine but we are trying to get the images below 10kb .. you can do em in either .jpg .gif or .png format .. I think .jpg gives better compression
