Is $4000 French for 1500 bucks?!? It sure was cool until you scroll down to the price......Hmmm do I buy a copy for $4000 or multiple originals for that $4000?.......Is it not rediculous that a copy is so much more than the original. Its like the San Dimas reissues from the mid 90s, except with a huge price, and lets not even mention the hardware.....Just to get a strat head.....Sad.........

If it comes with a neck that is figured with birdseye maple like that and a high grade top the price isn't that bad. It is a USA limited piece after all. You can't say they didn't give the people what they wanted. Still better pricing than what some manufacturers are charging for compareable axes. I'm kind of shocked they did it though. Good work guy's.

Sorry about beating the subject to death... but in looking at Musicians Fiend "Custom Shop" Strat Fender prices, it tops out at about $2500.

Don't get me wrong, I love the guitar but the pricing is [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] !
