Rhoads tribute, database?

Ive been tracking the serial numbers on these and ive found about 7-8 including the one i own.

Anybody know where the other 30 went? I was told 15 went to japan but couldnt find anything online.

Also, the serial numbers are no where near in order, Anywhere from 215 to 910 ive found.

Seriously? Why would 15 of those go to Japan? I mean I know that's where Randy's tapes with Quiet Riot were released, but I can't see that type of demand there, almost 30 years after he passed.
