We all know that the word "Fender" will be of a certain importance following what I'm going to say.

I've just watched the catalog and price list, SO AWFUL. Most of my favourite things have disappeared. The RR5FR for example, I wanted a pink one SO MUCH, now I'll have to either order it from the CS for 5 grand, or buy it as a reguler RR5 without the Floyd. The Black/Yellow RR24, which was one of the most sought after ones. WR1 in Orange is long gone, SL1 in Nebula is gone, the KE5FR is gone, you get the point.

I imagine those finishes were not that popular. I know I wouldn't want a pink or orange guitar or a nebula graphic.

Just look for these models second hand or NOS, the colors or models get discontinued if they dont sell, maybe if you had have bought one of the mentioned models while they were available you could have contributed to them selling and kept them in the price list

I for one also love that Pinkk RR5FR, don't have the cash for it, but even if I did, that money is better used elsewhere

Sometimes it's hard to understand why certain things do or don't sell (cockdragon changed hands how many times now?)

It's just another case of "Too bad!"
You can't really expect a manufacturer keeping something in the catalog that isn't making them money

(On another note Nagash, keep your eye on e-bay/sites that stock those guitars and hope for a blow out sale)

I can understand people's frustration when certain finishes were discontinued before they became aware they were available, but it doesn't change anything. I would love to have a WR1 in UVB (Ultra Violet Burst), but it just ain't gonna happen unless I go Custom Shop.
